

Once you're done, you can open the console from in-game using the tilde (~) key. Go to XCOM2's launch options and add in the line "-allowconsole -log -autodebug" without quotation marks. The last I used these, they DO NOT disable achievements. That's normal - it's the log and autodebug doing their job. Anyone know if using these still DOESN'T disable Steam achievements? After that, when you start up XCOM 2, you'll see a command prompt kinda thing appear before the game shows up.
