Once you're done, you can open the console from in-game using the tilde (~) key. Go to XCOM2's launch options and add in the line "-allowconsole -log -autodebug" without quotation marks. The last I used these, they DO NOT disable achievements. That's normal - it's the log and autodebug doing their job. Anyone know if using these still DOESN'T disable Steam achievements? After that, when you start up XCOM 2, you'll see a command prompt kinda thing appear before the game shows up.

Their view being you're either going to earn it legitimately and it will actually mean something to you, or you were going to cheat anyways to get them (since I've heard there's a program out there that can give you any/all achievements … I don't think anything disables them in X2 or WotC.
